Nose/ Chin/ Profile
The nose is the centerpiece feature of the face, and it is critical in aesthetically pleasing facial balance.
RHINOPLASTY
Dr. Devgan performs rhinoplasty ("nose job") surgery for patients with cosmetic concerns about how their noses look. Whether your concern is a subtle change of the tip of the nose, a hump on the dorsum of your nose, a wide nose, a crooked nose, or some combination of the above, surgery can be an effective option. In selected patients, fillers like Juvederm and Restylane can be used for a non-operative nose correction with no surgery or downtime at all.
SEPTOPLASTY
For patients with functional problems like difficulty breathing, snoring, deviated septum, or inferior turbinate hypertrophy, Dr. Devgan performs septoplasty and functional nasal surgery. All incisions are hidden inside the nose, and this approach can be combined with rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) if desired.
BROKEN NOSE
For patients who have sustained nasal fractures or broken noses (whether it was a few months ago during a car accident or a few decades ago during a sporting event), Dr. Devgan can perform operative correction to restore your nose to a straight, refined onfiguration.
CHIN IMPLANT
Sometimes, to achieve proportionate facial balance, a chin implant is needed to strengthen the lower third of the face. This can be done in conjunction with a rhinoplasty or alone.

A well-proportioned nose is the most dramatic way to draw attention to the eyes and mouth.
A strong chin improves the jawline and gives harmony to the face.
Facial balance is classically beautiful.
