FACELIFT

Dr. Devgan's facial rejuvenation focuses on lifting the muscular substructure of the face ("the SMAS") to restore the beautiful bone structure of the jaw, cheeks, and neck. Dr. Devgan is experienced in all facelift techniques, including short scar, deep-plane, SMASectomy, and SMAS plication. There is no one "magic bullet" facelift technique that works for all patients. The specific technique she employs depends on the individual patient's areas of concern.

NECKLIFT

For those with loose neck tissue, neck bands, or extra neck and chin skin, Dr. Devgan performs a necklift with platysmal plication. This technique does not merely stretch the skin taut, but rather, it lifts the neck and smooths the jowls and jawline from the deep muscular tissue underneath.

MICROLIPOSCULPTURE

In patients with fat under the chin or a saggy neck, microliposculpture-- a delicate technique to sculpt this area-- can be an option. This technique, also referred to as neck liposuction, can be helpful in addressing a "double chin" or "turkey neck" in patients ages 18-80+.

BUCCAL FAT PAD EXCISION
