BREAST AUGMENTATION

Dr. Devgan performs breast augmentation (breast enlargement, or breast implant surgery) with both saline and silicone implants. Incisions for breast implants are hidden either underneath the breast, around the areola, or in the armpit.  Implants are placed either under the muscle or under the breast. Dr. Devgan is passionate about listening to her patients and tailoring her techniques to their specific desires, and each of these decisions will be discussed in detail. Whether you would like a subtle increase in size, correction of asymmetric breasts, or a more dramatic change, Dr. Devgan would be happy to address your concerns. BREAST LIFT

With aging, gravity, pregnancy, weight changes, and breastfeeding, many women find that their breasts sit lower on their chests than they used to. Your nipples may start to point downward, the top part of the breast that creates cleavage may start to look deflated, and you may start to feel uncomfortable with how your breasts look when you are not wearing a bra. All of these issues can be addressed with a mastopexy, or breast lift. In women who want a little extra volume, breast implants may also be added.

BREAST REDUCTION

For those women with excessively large breasts causing back and neck pain, breast pain, and difficulty exercising, breast reduction can be a satisfying option. When large breasts interfere with a woman's quality of life, this procedure is often covered by insurance companies. Dr. Devgan employs the newest techniques in breast reduction (including the supero-medial pedicle), which allow for a beautiful, feminine, youthful contour. Patients who have breast reductions are among the happiest of all plastic surgery patients.

GYNECOMASTIA

Gynecomastia, or breast development in men ("man boobs"), can be socially embarrassing and professionally uncomfortable. Dr. Devgan addresses gynecomastia with a combination of liposuction and direct excision of glandular tissue, all with hidden incisions.
