Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Dr. Devgan has performed over 10,000 non-surgical rhinoplasties, making her an expert at these highly-complex procedures. This is one of our most-asked-for and commonly performed procedure, and the results speak for themselves. Dr. Devgan focuses on restoring balance to the face, softening the dorsal hump, and refining the tip.
Tear Trough Augmentation
Tear trough augmentations are one of the most popular procedures in Dr. Devgan’s practice. As we age, most of us will notice loss of volume and fullness in the delicate periorbital area, which results in heavy shadows and darkness under the eye. To address these concerns, Dr. Devgan developed “The Devgan sandwich technique” for dark circle correction, which focuses on achieving a smooth, not puffy, aesthetic endpoint. This technique is highly complex and requires fine attention to anatomic detail.
Lip Augmentation
Dr. Devgan’s mindful technique allows the lips to be optimized without looking puffy, ducky, or unnatural. Suture Suspension
Dr. Devgan uses custom-molded sutures that resuspend the tissue plane to improves the definition and lift of the brow, midface, and jowl, without adding any volume. These can be used to refine and shape the arch, symmetry, and height of the brow and to define the cheek and jawline area to create a subtle but beautiful result. We will use a local anesthetic to ensure you have a very comfortable experience. A small needle will be placed in a discreet location, so there are no incisions, scars, stitches, or downtime associated with this procedure. The lift takes about 20 minutes and lasts for approximately one year. In terms of post-procedure, patients can go back to work in 1-2 hours and should take 1-2 days off from exercising.

Kybella
Dr. Devgan uses Kybella, an enzyme that permanently dissolves fat, to create a slimmer and more contoured jawline and reduce stubborn pockets of fat in the abdomen, flanks, banana rolls, and arms. Kybella works over the course of 6-8 weeks, and patients can do more sessions if need to get optimal results.
This result is after 1 session, and she looks slimmer and more contoured with a sharper jawline.
Dr. Devgan combined the use of Kybella with injectable fillers, to optimize the results and create a defined jawline and clear separation of the neck and face.

This procedure is ideal for patients looking for a non-surgical alternative to BBL who want to stay in the same size jeans, but experience an improved contour. Dr. Devgan works with patients to customize a plan to achieve improvements in cellulite, projection, and lateral hip depressions. Several sessions, spaced 6-8 weeks apart, is ideal for maximized results.
