Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty: Dr. Devgan Answers Your Questions

One of the most frequently asked questioned about a non-surgical rhinoplasty, otherwise known as a non-surgical nose job, is whether the fillers make the nose appear wide or bulbous from the front view.

Dr. Devgan's before and after pictures on her Instagram page show that a non-surgical rhinoplasty can make the nose appear smaller, pronounce the tip, and give it a slope; all qualities that make a nose look flattering on the face. However, since a non-surgical rhinoplasty uses injections to achieve the look that the patient wants, ideally, many would think that this procedure makes the nose look larger than before.

Dr. Devgan uses micro-droplet injections to use the right amount of filler and to never over-use. This helps patients fill the areas in their nose to make it appear smoother and more refined. 

Not only do the profile views of Dr. Devgan's non-surgical rhinoplasty patients show that the micro-droplet procedures do not make the nose look larger or more pronounced, but the front view also shows the nose to still remain slim without appearing wide or bulbous.

All About A Good Lip Augmentation

Many refer to a bad lip augmentation as "duck lips." This can happen when precision, care, and thoroughness, the key ingredients to performing a good lip augmentation, are overlooked.

It is absolutely necessary to have an artistic eye to perform a good lip augmentation. Along with this,  an expertise in anatomy is needed in order to create fuller lips that are suited for each individual patient. For example, the same amount of filler cannot be used in the same places for a patient with larger lips compared to a patient with smaller lips.

To create the most natural look, Dr. Devgan stresses that there should be more pink lip show, without causing excessive fullness of the skin around the lips, and without making the lips stick out too far from the face, which is what most would refer to as the duck face. 

All in all, the goal is to create volume and a soft look of fullness without making the lips stick too far out from the face.

This past week, Dr. Devgan was featured in the Best Products Magazine for her famous "Vampire Facial" or micro-needling procedure. The article titled, "Here's The Bloody Secret To Kim Kardashian's Flawless Skin," discusses the experience that one of the editors of the magazine, Brian Murray Jr., had while visiting Dr. Devgan and receiving the micro-needling treatment.

Best Products Magazine found out about Dr. Devgan's micro-needling treatments when they heard about Kim Kardashian's last visit to Dr. Devgan's practice in the Upper East Side of New York City, which was in January. She shared a video on her app of the procedure being performed along with demos of some of Dr. Devgan's skincare products from her skincare line, Scientific Beauty.
