Most women who seek breast augmentation in my New York City private practice are seeking natural-looking results. Even with conservative breast implants, it takes 3-4 months for breast implants to drop and settle into their final position.

Tear Trough Augmentation in my New York City practice: My signature technique for reducing dark undereye circles

Dark circles and hollows around the eyes are a frequent complaint among men and women in my New York City private practice. The most definitive treatment for these issues is surgery: lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat grafting-- one of my favorite operations.

For patients who are not ready for surgery or who prefer a less invasive approach, injectable tear trough augmentation is a very powerful option. Using my signature metric-based technique, I layer hyaluronic acid based filler in the undereye area to lighten the appearance of dark circles, fill in hollows, and create a more youthful undereye appearance.

Tear trough augmentation takes a few minutes, lasts 1-2 years, and has no associated downtime. Results are immediately apparent but improve over the course of several weeks.

Botox is one of my favorite cosmetic interventions because it is so powerful and yet so minimally invasive. When performed well, Botox (and other neuromodulators such as Xeomin and Dysport) can relax facial muscles, make facial expressions more pleasing, and soften wrinkles and fine lines-- without making you look frozen or fake.

The key to natural looking Botox administration is in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy. By using microdroplet injection, careful measurement, and deliberate marking, I am able to individually target facial muscles to achieve natural-looking and youthful results.
