I perform all types of breast augmentation in my New York City private practice, using implants that are silicone, saline, structured, and gummy bear or form stable. It is absolutely possible to get excellent results with all types of implants.

One question I am frequently asked is: what do you like better, gummy bear or silicone implants?

While gummy bear implants have gotten a lot of publicity and have a very cute name, I find that they feel a bit hard to the touch and the experience of having them is less natural for most patients. For this reason, most of my patients prefer form stable silicone implants.

Regardless of the type of implants you choose, my focus is on making them as beautiful and natural-looking as possible.

Lip augmentation is one of the most popular non-surgical procedures in my practice. I help my patients achieve all types of looks, from very exaggerated very subtle. Most of my patients tend toward a more understated look, but anything that is medically responsible is achievable.
