Dr. Devgan led the conversation by discussing how editorial coverage of cosmetic surgery has evolved from a speculation to a more open and honest discussion. Throughout her practice, Dr. Devgan has seen a wide variety of interests when it comes to trends in cosmetic surgery and now sees that lately people are going for a more natural look. We are living in a world where “duck lips” are out and subtle facial optimization is in. In other words, Dr. Devgan believes that subtle is the new dramatic.
