The nose plays an important role in providing an aesthetically pleasing balance to the face. As the centerpiece feature of the face, a well-proportioned nose draws attention to the eyes and mouth. There are two ways to enhance the nose: non-surgical rhinoplasty and rhinoplasty.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty

Dr. Devgan meticulously measures the nose in relation to the other facial features, paying close attention to the finer points of proportion. Using a syringe, filler is placed into multiple parts of the nose.  Non-surgical rhinoplasty can address various different areas of concern including the dorsum, the base or the tip of the nose. For a permanent solution, a rhinoplasty, also colloquially known as “nose job” surgery, can similarly address a broad range of cosmetic concerns. Whether the concern is a subtle change of the tip of the nose, a hump on the dorsum of your nose, a wide nose, a crooked nose, or some combination of the above, surgery can be an effective option. The chin and neck anchor the face, and provide a literal foundation to a person's looks.  However, with age, the neck and chin lose their youthful contour and lines. This is genetically-driven and happens to patients regardless of their body build or their diet and exercise routine.  To improve their chin and neck area, patients have several options.

Kybella

Kybella is the first and only FDA-approved injectable for “melting away” sub-mental fat. Kybella is deoxycholic acid, a substance the body naturally makes to help breakdown and absorb dietary fat. Once injected, Kybella destroys fat cells permanently, providing long-lasting effect.

Sub-mental Liposuction

Minimally-invasive liposuction of the neck is a delicate technique in which fat cells are suctioned out of the chin and upper neck. In this procedure, excess fat is permanently removed, providing long-lasting effect. Sub-mental liposuction can be done at any age, but works best on patients with good skin elasticity.

Chin Implant

A chin implant or enhancement surgery, also known as genioplasty, enhances the lines and contours of the chin as well as the jawline and neck.  The simple, outpatient procedure involves surgical placement of an implant to the chin in order to alter the shape and size of the chin and achieve proportionate facial balance.  This procedure is often most effective when performed in combination with other ones listed here.

Neck Lift

While Kybella and neck liposuction can be very effective, a neck lift also provides correction to the muscles and skin of the chin and neck. This technique does not merely stretch the skin taut, but lifts the neck and smooths jawline by tightening and redraping muscular tissue underneath. Neck lifts are effective on patients of all ages, but are particularly indicated for patients with loose neck or chin tissue.

Both men and women can achieve desired improvements from a neck lift procedure. A skilled plastic surgeon can use a neck lift to enhance either woman's delicate features or a man's strong jawline.

As such, we need to treat our under-eyes with the same attention and delicacy.  The skin under our eyes tends to be not only some of the thinnest skin on our face, but also some of the most wrinkle prone. Procedures
