Dr. Devgan mentioned in Harper's Bazaar by Lauren Santo Domingo

Dr. Devgan was recently mentioned by none other than the incredibly chic Lauren Santo Domingo.

The cofounder of Moda Operandi addressed ageless style in a firsthand article published by Harper’s Bazaar. The list of those things that are beautiful and timeless included her mother-in-law never sipping coffee in paper cups, Valentino evening gown, and achieving the perfect shade of blonde. However, to accomplish her ageless and gorgeous look, Santo Domingo openly stated she has “primp and plump on the regular”. She firstly stops in to Lena Ott at Suite Caroline, a SoHo Salon that Ott herself opened in 2013, and, then, will visit Dr. Devgan for her needs.

Greenwich Girl's Glowing Review

Dr. Devgan often receives high praise; however, it is not as often that someone as poignant as Laura McKittrick, better known for her pen name Greenwich Girl, is able to perfectly highlight the high quality of care provided by Dr. Devgan and her staff.

Greenwich Girl’s website recently featured an article on Dr. Devgan regarding the impeccable visit she had whilst learning about Dr. Devgan during their one-on-one interview and discussing her skincare regimen. Laura went on to express how tremendously nervous she was initially for her visit with Dr. Devgan, which can be a concern for many new patients In general. Dr. Devgan receives a vast number of patients with differing issues, from reconstructive surgery for a severe accident (check out our new Art of Reconstructive Surgery coming soon) to Botox for prevention of wrinkles. In McKittrick’s case, it was just the jitters to even meet Dr. Devgan.

The first was the Platinum Vitamin C+ Luminous Night Serum. This enriched serum is one of Dr. Devgan’s must haves and is made for all types of skin. The second product McKittrick tried was the Platinum Glow Serum. This product is another of Dr. Devgan’s top four skincare regimen starters. The latest addition to the office was designed by Nemo Jantzen, a multi-media artist from Holland. The gorgeous piece consists of nails and thread on white wood to create texture which when looked at from a distance becomes the portrait of a woman. 

Another piece that is typically admired right as patients, customers, and visitors enter the office is the Andy Warhol Souper Dress. This beautiful 1966 piece is a classic icon in American art history. For those who do not know, Andy Warhol was known for his signature, and at the time revolutionary, techniques to create his artwork. He also was the designer of the Campbell's Soup can label, which is still used today. It is an incredible honor to have this piece in the office.

Once patients have begun their journey to the examination rooms, a beautiful mirror greats them. This artwork was designed by Maurizio Cattelan. The mirror allows the onlooker become a piece of art without stepping into an operating room or needing a syringe. 

During a consultation, visitors can see Hong Sang-Sik's Breast II, which is an intriguing modern three dimensional piece that replicates the breast in an artistic manner. Also visible is the pink Jeff Koons Balloon Dog that sets happily on its own shelf. 

Just as guests are saying their goodbyes to the office, two pieces catch their eyes. The first is the hanging piece above the receptionist area. Joel Hotchkiss's Starlet is a hanging mobile made of metal mesh and aluminum to create a contemporary depiction of a woman's face. The second is a lamp; however, it is not a typical light on a nightstand. This lamp was made to have two dimensional features and still light up the room.

There are still choices being made for additions to the 969 Park Avenue office collection. We hope to update you as soon as fresh artwork arrives.

Dr. Devgan Co-Hosts Fabulous Event with Merz Aesthetics

Yesterday evening, Dr. Devgan co-hosted an event with Merz Aesthetics. The VIP Press event included the well-known publications Cosmopolitan, Teen Vogue, Huffington Post, Star Magazine, OK Magazine, Thrillist, and New Beauty.

There were also amazing influencers who joined for the event. The attendance list included Chinae Alexander of Get Fit Brooklyn, Jera Foster-Fell of Jera.Bean, Soo Kang of Brown Eyed Toast, Tammy Lakatos Shames and Lyssie Lakatos of The Nutrition Twins, and many more. One of the magnificent influencers who stopped by was the gorgeous Kimmy Huynh of FABULUSH. Kimmy shared her before and after photos in which Dr. Devgan used Belotero for her lips. You can snips from her Instagram story below and we are so excited she loved her results from Dr. Devgan!

Xeomin, Radiasse, and Belotero, all Merz Aesthetics products, were featured and utilized during the event. Each product is specially designed to treat a variety of ailments that countless women face. Platinum Hyaluronic Serum featured in Allure Magazine Best of Beauty Issue

Dr. Devgan was recently featured in Allure magazine’s Best of Beauty 2017 edition featuring Kim Kardashian! Each year Allure creates an edition with, typically, 250-300 beauty products in hair, skin, and makeup. To be listed in Allure for the Best of Beauty edition is an honor.

Platinum Hyaluronic Serum was the featured product from Dr. Devgan’s Scientific Beauty skincare line and included in the products “You Want Now”. In the the most recent “regram” about this product, the person stated it made their skin feel “plush and hydrated”.
