My skin care routine: a luxury addendum

After posting about my general skin care recommendations earlier this week (click to read the original article), I received more than two dozen inquiries about my favorite LUXURY products.

High-end skin care products are more expensive than drugstore products, but the best ones contain additional ingredients (like alpha-hydroxy-acids, hydroquinones, and vitamin E, to name a few) that improve the glow and texture of your skin. Many of them also offer a more pleasant experience-- for example, sunscreens that don't leave your skin with a whitish hue, lotions that smell nice, and eye creams that go on smoothly.

If you are someone who doesn't mind budgeting more for a better skin care experience, these are my favorite LUXURY brands. Each product line contains a variety of individual products with tailored goals (firming loose neck skin, depuffing under eye bags, exfoliating skin, moisturizing, sun protection, and so on)-- so be sure to discuss product specifics with your plastic surgeon.
